This months installation is a custom 3/8" frameless shower door. This particular shower features a door, inline panel and a return panel with a 90 degree angle.

After measuring and putting down the first piece of channel the return panel is installed.

One of the trickier aspects of this installation is getting the small pieces of channel cut correctly. We also had to grind down some of the tile to make sure it fit properly.

Also, note the white tape on the edge of the glass. It is a clear hi-bond tape used to bond the two pieces of glass together.

After some more measuring and careful cutting the aluminum channel is finished being installed.

With the channel completely installed the inline panel is now being installed. Special care is taken to make sure the bond between the two pieces of glass is seamless.

We are now sealing the shower door. We use a clear silicone that is resistant to mildew and mold build-up.

Finally done!! The whole installation took between 2 and 3 hours and went very smoothly. As you can see it is a very nice looking shower.
